I don’t have enough information to tell you much about Thomas Wall. He was living in Little Bay by 1882 when he appears on the voter’s list and it appears he was still living there two years later when he participated in a cricket match on the town’s team.
It’s a safe guess that he’d moved there for mining so as there are Walls found at Bell Island’s mine later he may connect to them. I’ll need more references to him before I’ll know.
